"Being retired, reading reviews and trying to research whatever I’m purchasing is something I now have a tendency to do. I must admit that I was a little apprehensive when Geico first told my wife about their partnership with Bik’s. I had already received two estimates for repairs, but the Enterprise rental and guaranteed quality work by a family owned business convinced us otherwise. Mike was very knowledgeable, upfront and customer friendly. He answered our questions and kept us informed about the entire job and finished the Lexus a day before it was promised. I hope next time I can stop in just to say Hi…rather than needing repairs on the car but with so many drivers talking or texting while driving that’s very unlikely. As Mike told us their motto is: “We meet by accident!” If the unfortunate happens we will be back!!”

" First off, I am not generally one to leave reviews, good or bad. Only when I genuinely feel it was deserving do I consider offering my experience. In the case of Bik’s, I could not be more eager to leave a review.
Luckily for me, I’ve never needed the services of an auto body shop before. That all changed when my 2020 Dodge Ram was rear-ended, sustaining severe back-end damage. It was difficult choosing an auto body shop since I had ZERO experience with any. After researching, the decision to choose Bik’s was surprisingly easy. Not only were their reviews extremely helpful in coming to a decision, Mike from Bik’s was a class act from the start. He and his team went above and beyond to get my truck back to it’s pre-accident condition. In my humble opinion, it looked better than it did when I drove it off the lot. Mike’s easy-going demeanor, attention to detail, thorough communication, and care for the customer are only a few of the many qualities that made working with Bik’s so pleasurable. Not to mention the entire Bik’s team does absolutely phenomenal work and are knowledgeable beyond belief. I truly wish my all of my experiences with businesses, services, etc. we’re as good as what I got with Bik’s. I cannot say enough good things about them and am truly grateful for all they did. I would never consider bringing any of my vehicles to another shop other than Bik’s."

"Take your car here!! I live half an hour away but chose this shop because of the excellent reviews, and am so glad I did!
First, their customer service is absolutely stellar. They did all the communication with my insurance company and the rental car company so that I basically didn't have to do anything. I showed up with my car, they texted Enterprise, and before I had even gathered my personal things from my car, there was my rental waiting for me. Same thing with the drop-off: I just left the rental car in their lot and drove off in my fixed-up car, they took care of everything. Also, they communicated with me every step of the way about the timeline of my repair and were so professional and polite.
Second, they were so fast! I was prepared for my repair to take at least twice as long (maybe three times). And not only had they fixed my car (only the hood was damaged), but washed and cleaned the entire car AND the interior!
Finally, they did a superb job. My car looks like I just drove it off the lot. They matched my unusual paint color and everything. I'm so happy with this experience, and am recommending Bik's to everyone I know. Of course I hope that I won't need such services again soon, but if/when I do, I'll be coming to Bik's!"
